
Workshops and Conferences
Workshops within organizations: We work with companies that understand that there is more to retirement planning than the financial aspects and recognize the importance of psycho-social aspects as well. Our workshops help their older workers (aged 55 and up) prepare for a transition into retirement.
General public workshops: We periodically run workshops for the general public and for companies wishing to test our approach before holding our retirement workshops for their employees. Contact us to be placed on our waiting list for the next workshop.
Conferences/mini-workshops: We facilitate dynamic and interactive mini-workshops and conferences aimed at creating awareness about the importance of the psycho-social aspects of retirement planning. We also offer mini-sessions to introduce Positivity at all stages in life.

Mental toughness keeps you acting when you most want to quit. Until recently, people thought you either had it or you didn’t. Module 2: Emotional Intelligence: Befriending Negativity & Leveraging Positivity

The ability to recognize and redirect emotions that are not helpful, is rarely taught to us, yet it’s an essential skillset for success. It is what separates people who are reactive and feel out of control of their emotions from those who achieve a sense of personal mastery. Join us to uncover what emotions are, how they operate, and how to get more of the ones that you want and work with the emotions that you don’t want so that you are in control.

Join us to learn about your mind-body connection and simple ways to improve your vitality. Learn about how your body is wired and get inspired to get moving.

Retirement Workshops
Participants complete the Retirement Success Profile (RSP) © prior to the workshop. During the workshop, they learn about the New Retirement and the success factors measured in the questionnaire, participating in several interactive exercises. Once they receive their RSP profile report, the coaches provide one-on one coaching to help them interpret their report and decide on a success factor to explore further during the workshop with other participants in small groups.

Full day
Designed for 10-12 participants.
At the end of the day, participants have started to create an action plan that they will fine tune on their own after the workshop.

Half day
Designed for 6-8 individuals
Participants receive an individual coaching session of 1.5 hours following the workshop to assist them in developing their action plan.
Retirement Coaching
We provide individual coaching for people who prefer a more personalized service rather than attending a workshop. We work with our clients to offer a program that best meets their needs and budget.
Basic program
An awareness building program that starts with the individual completing our on-line questionnaire and a coaching session to present and debrief the contents of the Retirement Success Profile (RSP) © outlining the degree of readiness on 15 well researched success factors for retirement.
Program with Coaching & Action planning
Includes all of the elements of the Basic Program plus an additional coaching session to help individuals deepen their thought process and start building a plan around specific success factors.
Personalized program
Includes all of the elements of the Basic Program and a predetermined number of in-depth coaching sessions and follow-ups. Clients receive a documented action plan that they will have co-designed through discussions with their coach.
